Our Team

Joan Finley, Office Administrator, started her career at 18 working with lawyers.  She attended Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School and then went on to obtain her Bachelor’s degree in Organizational Management from Palm Beach Atlantic University.  While working full time with three small kids, she earned her MBA from Florida Atlantic University with a specialization in Legal Compliance.  Her career has taken her from the private law firm sector working for a large Florida law firm into working for the government as the Legal Office Administrator at the Office of Counsel at the South Florida Water Management District where she worked on the Office of Counsel Management Team and supervised all support staff.

She returned to private sector when her husband, Christopher Finley’s law office expanded, and he needed her skilled management assistance.  They have been working together ever since, happily growing the firm.  In addition to her duties at the Law Office of Finley Stetson, Joan is a realtor with Buy the Shore Realty.  When she’s not at the office, our Jersey girl enjoys volunteering at her children’s school, The Crossroads Club, and just about every other organization that she can’t say “no” to!

Brandon Crane concentrates his practice in the areas of real estate, civil litigation, and estate planning. Prior to joining Finley Stetson, Brandon handled numerous civil litigation matters through all stages of litigation and resolved them through settlement, mediation, arbitration and, if necessary, jury trials. 

 Brandon received his bachelor’s degree in finance from Iona College in 2014. He then received his Law Degree from Pepperdine University in 2018, with a concentration in real estate and alternative dispute resolution.

 Brandon represents clients in all aspects of real estate proceedings, along with trust and estate planning. He further understands the stress associated with litigation in these areas and uses his litigation experience to guide his client through the complex court system.

Brandon loves spending time with his wife and dog, and spends his free time exercising, running obstacle course races, or out in his backyard with his BBQ pit.

Sydney Seitter, Paralegal, has worked for Mr. Finley for most of her professional career.  She attended Florida Atlantic University and graduated in 2018 with a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management. 

In addition to her duties at the Law Office of Finley Stetson, Sydney is a realtor with Buy the Shore Realty.  She enjoys spending her time with her family, days with her daughter at the beach, taking her dog on walks and working out.
