Corporation: – $2,500

- Bylaws
- Organizational consents for Shareholders

Family Limited Partnership: – $5,000
- Includes formation of GP
- Certificate of Limited Partnership
- Initial Draft of Limited Partnership Agreement
- Additional Revisions to Partnership Agreement Billed Hourly

Annual Entity Maintenance Plan: – $400
- Includes Annual Registered Agent Fee
- Annual Report Filing Fee
- Does not include state filing fees
- Annual Organizational Consents: $100
- Articles Only for LLC or Corporation: $495, plus state filing fees
- All other matters billed hourly
