Buyer/Seller Representation without Title Services:
- Purchase Price up to $200,000: $850
- Purchase Price $200,000 to $400,000: $950
- Purchase Price $400,000 to $700,000: $1,000
- Purchase Price $700,000 to $1,000,000: $1,200
- Purchase Price $1,000,000 to $1,500,000: $1,500
- Purchase Price $1,500,000 to $2,000,000: $1,750
- Purchase Price $2,000,000 to $2,500,000: $2,000
- Purchase Price over $2,500,000: $2,500
- Fees do not include attending closing and assume no unusual or extraordinary circumstances
- One-half of the fee will be refunded if the transaction fails to close
