With his LLM in Taxation from the University of Florida, William (Bill) Stetson is a uniquely qualified attorney who concentrates his law practice in the areas of estate and trust planning, asset protection planning, and fiduciary and beneficiary representation. Prior to joining our team, Bill served as a Florida Assistant Attorney General before working in private practice for more than ten years. In 2013 he went inhouse to serve as a Family Foundation’s Executive Director and General Counsel.
Bill represents clients in IRS audits, probate and trust litigation, income and transfer tax planning, and estate and trust planning and administration.
Bill has a love of the outdoors and can often be found skeet shooting or hunting with his son. He also volunteers his time with the Boy Scouts Organization.
