Joan Finley, Office Administrator, started her career at 18 working with lawyers. She attended Katherine Gibbs Secretarial School and then went on to obtain her BS in Organization Management from PBAU. While working full time with three small kids, she earned her MBA from FAU with a specialization in Legal Compliance. Her career has taken her from the private law firm sector working for a large Florida law firm into working for the government as the Legal Office Administrator at the Office of Counsel at the South Florida Water Management District where she worked on the Office of Counsel Management Team and supervised all support staff.
She returned to private sector when her husband, Christopher Finley’s law office expanded and he needed her skilled management assistance. They have been working together happily for four years growing from a one attorney office to four attorneys and a full staff.
